Born in Haute-Garonne (south of France), I studied to by a tour guide in Via Domitia University in Perpignan.

My first job as a tour guide was in the medieval city of Guérande, where I developed my skills in educational workshops, theater and tours in several languages.

When I arrived in Pas-de-Calais (north of France) in 2020, I decided to create my own tours and workshops for local cultural sites.

My handyman skills and inquisitive nature are reflected in the educational materials that I designed myself. It's true that my zany side also plays a big role...

Why a snail ?

It all started in Guérande. My colleague and I went adrift in our imaginations. Our brainstorming led us to dream of our own cultural mediation company proposing crazy visits and absurd dramatised tours.

"We need a name as foolish as the concept !" My colleague said clasping her hands, she mimicked launching a bird in the air, and shouted : "Fly away, little snail !". A burst of laughter broke out at the vision of this poor little snail launched like a dove even though it does not know how to fly.

Some years later, we took different paths. My colleague became a ceramist, She sells her own products and offers cultural workshops under the name "The snail that limps" whose logo is a snail with a winged shell. For my part, I opted for the name "Fly away heritage" with a castle snail shell.
